You may close your pakaka account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure, subject to applicable verification requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. pakaka reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, or regulatory requirements.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pakaka may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy. You will be notified at your registered email address before any such fee is applied.
pakaka currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, and Visa Debit. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without advance notice.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, and USDT TRC20 deposits are credited to your pakaka balance immediately upon confirmation. pakaka reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, at an incorrect price, or where technical malfunction is suspected. In the event of a malfunction of software, hardware, or communication systems, all affected bets and game rounds will be void and stakes returned. pakaka accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the competent governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, ICC for international cricket events). In-play odds are subject to fluctuation and acceptance is not guaranteed at any displayed price. Unsettled bets are settled within a reasonable time following event completion.
pakaka is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations.
